Overview
By purchasing from Enchanted3DShop, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Products

• All resin models are made to order in unpainted white ABS-like resin.
• Sizes are approximate and may vary slightly depending on pose and scaling.
• Minor imperfections are normal with resin kits and may require light prep work.

Orders & Payments

• Orders are confirmed once payment is received.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if necessary (e.g., payment issues, stock/material problems).

Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are made to order and take 5–7 business days for production before shipping.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances once the parcel has been dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

• Due to the custom-made nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
• If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Intellectual Property

• All designs, models, and content on this site are the property of Enchanted3DShop and may not be reproduced or resold without permission.
