Refund policy

At Enchanted3DShop, all resin models are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or customer error.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item arrives damaged in transit
  • You receive the wrong item or size
  • The model has a major defect that makes it unusable

If any of the above applies, email us at enchanted3dshop@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will evaluate your claim and make it right by either:

  • Replacing the item, or
  • Issuing a refund to your original payment method

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

  • All resin models are custom made to order and therefore non-returnable.
  • Minor surface marks (support marks, print lines, drain holes) are a normal part of resin kits and do not qualify as defects.
  • We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union Cooling-off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery. However, please note that this right does not apply to custom-made products. Since all of our resin models are made to order, they are exempt from this rule.

Refunds

If your claim is approved, we will issue your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the payment. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, please contact us at enchanted3dshop@gmail.com.
